Complaint from David Valdez Nogales, AZabout 2 years agoMade an appointment 6+ weeks out for neuter of two pooches. 1. Arrived at 8:45am as instructed, closed sign still on the door and reception acted like they didn't know we were coming. 2. 6wks prior they said bring early, leave for the day to get neuter's done in a.m. or mid day and pickup at 4:30 after recovery from surgery. Good right? 3. Called at 3pm as we were told. They said all is good come
